Go to Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center and see Long Trinh! I had to write about my recent experience with Universal, and in particular with Long Trinh, store manager. I had ordered an AGA range that had gotten very delayed – no fault of Universal's. We had ordered all of our toilets and sinks from them and they had come in promptly. The range got delayed, and I was upset. Long was amazing to work with! His responsiveness and follow-through were totally impressive and very reassuring. He immediately went to work to fix the problem. He contacted the VP of sales for AGA, conveyed my dismay, asked for actual real and accurate delivery times, and then either called or sent me almost daily emails keeping me abreast of where the range was, and when we might have it in hand. He was able to move mountains, and the range actually arrived to us sooner than AGA had said it would, only because Long was on the case. I had to write to highly recommend Universal Appliance and Kitchen Center, and specifically Long Trinh. He was a pleasure to work with, and is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and competent. I couldn't recommend him or Universal more highly.
