- Steam Cooking Steam ovens are long associated with steaming vegetables. While vegetables are something Miele's steam program cooks particularly well, they are not the only food whose nutritional value you can enjoy. A complete food-driven menu offers options from quiche to Spanish quinoua.
- Convection Cooking Incredible results are achieved via a unique advanced European convection system. Even heat, created by this system, allows for multiple levels to be utilized simultaneously. Heated air, directionally channeled by the convection fan to all corners of the oven, ensures a constant movement of air over the food, thus producing perfect, even cooking results.
In addition to a steam only mode, a steam plus convection setting multitasks to both crisp and maintain moisture in dishes from poultry to pastries.
