Too loud

We bought this to match a whole new Bosch kitchen, and it's by far the worst of the bunch. It's so loud we can't use it, because we can't hear each other speak and our kids cover their ears and run away. It also doesn't seem to even clear smoke/smells at all. We end up opening windows in the freezing cold weather. All this is not to mention we also had to find the right bulbs and it took me like 30min to get them in. So stupid. Just include bulbs or make them easy.

I love the under cabinet stove hood. If there would be anything to improve it would to have two or more settings for the lights. I have acute migraines and bright lights are triggers, a lower level of light as an option would be a big plus.

I am very happy with my hood. I updated my kitchen appliances to stainless steel. I selected this hood to match my décor and my Bosch Stainless Steel Cooktop. I like the brushed finish and the 4 fan options to clear the air of smoke and odor. I like the fact that I can put the mesh filters in the dishwasher to clean. I was not happy that the halogen lights were not included in my purchase. I had an extended delivery date so when I was told that the bulbs were not included; I was a bit surprised and irritated. With the price of the hood, the halogen lights should have been included (or someone should have told me at purchase, so I could have purchased the lights at the same time). From a functional standpoint, I love how quick the air can be cleared when using.
