i purchased this in december of 2019. as of july 2020, it has stopped heating any object placed into it. trying to get support and i just get stuck in a loop with no means of contact to samsung for replacement. i ordered directly from samsung.

my main problem is that you cannot see inside while the table turns. this ia major problem for me. a reason not to buy samsung appliances again.

worse customer service ever! i bought this product two times, and both times it arrived damaged(missing screws, dented, etc.). the 2 time also just works for less than a minute and then..die..

Good Microwave but...

the microwave is good, cooks fast and looks good. the clock malfunctioned after 2 years. the cost of repairing it is almost the cost of a new unit.
