One continuing problem

I bought this induction double oven range and generally like it, but once in a while the control lock will randomly come on while I am in the middle of cooking on the cooktop. I can not get it to go off and have had to go to the electric panel and flip the breaker off to get it to reset. This is very annoying for such an upscale appliance as this. My very knowledgeable repairman has tried to fix this three times and it still continues to happen. I wish it did not even have this feature. Has anyone else had this problem? I am so glad I got the extended warranty and may have to demand a new appliance. I do love the way it cooks when the control lock stays off.

Just delivered a week ago so have used only a few times. The cooktop still has to be cleaned with a special cream which I was told would not need to use anything special.

Bought this for our new cabin. Have yet to try the oven but the stovetop is easy to use and is great to cook with.

I’ve used induction hotplates for years and have wanted and induction range ever since. This range performs much better than my expectations. Cooktop temp control is intuitive and accurate. Induction capable cookware heats rapidly and maintains perfect temperature. The ovens are intuitive to operate and maintain steady temperature. The accompanying user manual is easy to follow and provides clear and accurate instructions.
