since the beginning, it was water leaking, then stopping in-between washing cycles, and not working for hours at all. we contacted samsung support, and they scheduled an appointment with nisi in houston. he has not even run the machine to check its complaints or errors. after 25-30 minutes, he said the caps for the wall mounts were not installed properly, and that was the reason for all these issues, and he left. we continued to experience the same problems and contacted samsung again, and they said that the previous technician informed them that there was no issue with the dishwasher and they did not do anything. it is a punishment for us that we need to stick with it because we spent our money to buy their product.
