Waste of money

as mentioned from my review on the samsung washer , we bought the washer and dryer thinking it would last for at least 5 years, its only been 3 years and since last year the washer started to get rusty and moldy. i thought samsung is a great brand as well as reliability wise but in reality its not, plain waste of money. i will never recommend and will never ever buy this brand again. the samsung dryer that was bought along with the washer just suddenly stopped working clothes were still wet and it wont turn on anymore. i had to buy a brand new and better dryer than samsung. never again!!! very poor performance!

Cracked drum

we have had this dryer 19 months and the drum has cracked. a quick search online and you find out this is a common problem with samsung dryers. looking at the cracked you can see the metal used is paper thin and the rollers have cheap bushings. do not buy this dryer.

function is a pure let down. the tub on the washer is too deep for anyone under 6 ft. the cycles are long. the clothes dont really wash without getting tangled and wrinkled. dryer...dont hold your breathe. my old lg front load would dry loads in 30 mins. this thing takes 3 hours. if you’re into doing laundry all day with beautiful but flawed and slow machines. these are for you.

i have owned this dryer for about 3 years. this dryer has needed the drum replaced due to cracking and falling apart. it has also needed the heating element replaced.

best dryer we have ever bought. dries on the first cycle no matter how big the load is. even took care of our comforter on the first one. lots of settings too. so happy
