It takes 2 full dry cycles to dry anything. We have called to complain and cannot get anyone to come out even with the 10 year warranty. We JUST BOUGHT THIS MACHINE.

I bought this 2 weeks ago, it runs so much quieter than my old dryer. It seems to need a longer drying cycle when I use the sensor dry, but overall, I am very happy with it.
