This appliance is practical because you can hook it up to your phone but it should be able to dry better than it does.

The dryer broke the second time we used it. The appliance store says Bosch insists on a service call before replacing it. We have to wait almost 4 weeks for that service call. No dryer in the meantime. We are beyond excited nhappy with this situation, and are hoping Bosch will step up and do the right thing.

Awful dryer. Takes forever to dry things and you need to keep emptying the water which is difficult to do.
