Good machine but the vent trap design is poor, it allows the lint to drop down in the front and goes straight to the heater element and catches on fire

Easy to use! Love the knobs instead of digital buttons! 1 glitch. Dryer ran all night 1st night-- I put on a load and went to bed. Called my vendor. He researched it and found out that you must ONLY turn the knob clockwise, otherwise it messes up the contacts. I did not know this and had turned it counter clockwise to set the dryer before starting it. I turn it clockwise only now and for 2 months have had NO problems. Live and learn. Seems like a great dryer. Hope I get many years of service!
