i had a whirlpool basic gas dryer that lasted well over 15 years. now i have this samsung, i hate it. talk about wasting energy. i put stuff in on heavy and clothes still wet after an hour. especially towels. on heavy dry over an hour, still wet. the simple whirlpool, 30 minutes and everything dry.
