washer won’t power on after four months of light use. next time i’ll listen to everyone that tells me not to buy samsung.

I had to switch from standard top loading washer and front loading dryer sets to get more room. This pair was available for quick(ish) deliver. Installers stacked them but didn’t hook up exhaust. The pair work great, are quick and quiet, and easy to use. Please remember, if you’re going to stack, you need to provide your own dryer exhaust hose. What’s included isn’t for a stacked pair, and they didn’t even leave what came with it (if anything did). You also need an additional water line for the steam feature on the dryer. A splitter comes with the unit, but you need to provide the second supply line.

I definitely made a smart decision when I upgraded to this new washing machine I love all the smart features and options that come standard with the machine The sterilize option leaves my whites fluffy and smelling clean The size of the drum makes it easy to wash large loads and my king size comforter with ease The self clean feature reminds me when the machine needs cleaning I like that I’m able to connect to my smart things app to control the washer with my phone This was definitely a smart purchase, highly recommend.
