Ive had this LG top-loading washer for almost a month. Its still early but I really like this washer It has a large capacity which is great for my comforters. It does a good job cleaning. The direct-drive with the 10yr warranty motor is impressive. And its styling is awesome

Me and my decided to upgrade our set a couple weeks ago and are so happy we chose this LG washer and dryer. Clothes come out so clean and the washer runs do quite even during spin cycle. The LG thin q app really makes things easy as well. This set in graphite steel is beautiful The drum is so huge as well. Definitely highly recommend purchasing this set

Needlessly replaced this machine.

This machine has exposed moving parts on the bottom and cannot be installed on top of a flat plastic drain tub. However installers did not know this and I replaced the machine due to very loud grinding noise. When same noise happened again I figured out it was the part grinding against the tub when it was washing. You need to improve your installation manual Plus the tub is too deep for me to reach the bottom so I had to buy a grab stick. And the electronic controls are way too complicated and counter-intuitive.
