Great Features and Capacity

received the washer and matching dryer on 9/11/2020, after our 25+/- year old set was dying and parts were no longer readily available. we installed the washer per instructions without incident. the capacity has made a big difference in the number of loads needed to be run. the various features are fantastic but be sure to read and follow your instructions for proper use. the machine has even adjusted its self when a load was out of balance. everything has come out very clean and fresh. the drum is deep but easily moved to the front for access of item removal. hoping that this set last for years to come. remember to just install correctly and read your instructions for proper use.

Bought this washer along with matching drier in black. Wasn’t looking for anything with too many bells and whistles, so this one worked out just right. Easy to select the required wash, not too loud and looks really nice. Good size for a small family that need to wash 2-3 times per week. Product itself is great but the delivery was a poor experience. It was really difficult to get the delivery time confirmed.

We have been using this washer for about two months now. There are a lot of settings and you can manipulate them to your desired setting too. It is not too loud and does not vibrate. Capacity is huge and the drum can be little hard to reach sometimes. We do have to use the Deep fill option or else the top layer of clothes are not submerged in water. They do say that the time is adjusted for smaller loads, however I did not see that happening. So if u have a small load of whites it takes around an hour and half to get done. It did throw a couple of error codes, but it started working once you restart it using the play button. And yes one feature I love is that you can add clothes by pausing the cycle. Active water jet is great but it runs only cold water.

I wanted a washer that could do large loads with a lot of setting options. I can wash 2 sets of king size sheets in this washer. The pre-stain treatment spray is a great feature. I also use it to rinse out the cup from the soap and bleach. The washer runs fairly quiet too.
