The greatest feature is that’s is frost free, you can easily remove frozen items with out having to chisel or pry away meat or items through the ice buildup.

Failed Freezer, Waiting months for part

Our Amana freezer failed after only 2 years. The control board is bad according to our appliance repair tech. We ordered the part on Sept 6 with an expected delivery date of 9/28. No part. The order status now shows 11/23; a date that is NOT guaranteed by the manufacturer. Nobody is willing to help expedite this part. Here we are, waiting months for a replacement part on an essentially new freezer.
