I bought two years ago but the door is getting loose. I called customer service. They gave me some suggestions on how to clean the door and adjust the door but it didnt work.

2008 version solid 2021model dying in 2 years

Previous version lasted from 2008 to 2021. Pretty good by current standards. When it was time to replace it we chose the current version of the same fridge. It hasnt been 2 years and its already acting up. Really not happy right now.

I have spoken to appliance repairman and LG refrigerator need compressors and other parts replace frequently before 3 years old. I have had LG washers in the past and they also have had issues. I would never buy another or recommend your brand. I like the fridge otherwise. Lake appliance are doing the work to replace and they have been good.

I bought this French Door refrigerator 8 months ago. Overall great styling and utility counter depth design works for me. However you must keep an eye on the doors which dont always shut without a little extra push. Had to manually defrost the freezer after drawer wasnt fully closed overnight. Dealing with customer service was ok.
