Decent but would Never Buy Again

first of all after a year i still have no idea how to adjust the desired temp of the refrig. the shelves appear to be adjustable, but there is only one configuration they work in, and there is no flexibility which is a very poor design. very hard to arrange the stuff in the fridge. on shelf does not go to the back of fridge(?) so items fall off the back if you try to push them to back of fridge. the second inside freezer drawer is a pita and is constantly getting stuck, no idea how to reset the filter even after putting in the new one, nothing about this fridge is user friendly and i think the designers need to actually study how people use these appliances. would never buy a samsung fridge again. very disappointed.

I bought this 3 months ago. Quiet refrigerator with all the features I needed. Delivery was fast, friendly and followed social distance guidelines. Save some money and order directly from Samsung website vs big box stores.

I love the look of the refrigerator except for the top of the doors. A tall person can see the doors look unfinished. I like the flex zone. Works great for snacks and drinks.
