best refridgerator we have ever had. keeps things really cold and there is so much space. really like the extra drawer in the freezer compartment for beer mugs!! nothing beats a chilled beer! so easy to see where everything is located. less wasted food.

we purchased this model in sept 2020. in january the ice maker started jamming. we were able to get a quick response for a repair under warranty but then the water dispensers stopped working and the ice was not fixed either. they came out again and replaced the door but now it does not seal properly, there is a piece that falls out when it is opened, the temperature functions have stopped working, annd we still have no water, and the ice is still jamming. at this point samsung took the repair people out of it and acted like we would get a refund. however i have heard nothing and when i call im told they will be calling but they never do.

long story short, we got a defective fridge installed to our house and after several weeks of trying to resolve the issue, neither samsung or the home depot will take any ownership in replacing our broke fridge. the issue: water lines are broke causing water to fill the lower slide out drawer - found day of install. solution: home depot wont do anything. literally nothing. samsung will refund what we paid for the fridge (got on black friday), so the refund is $1,000 less than what we would have to spend to get the exact fridge again. thought: this is completely unacceptable. i would never consider buying from the home depot again and im about there with samsung too. make this right and replace the broke fridge.

I got it almost 9 months ago, ice maker gave me problems until the second time a technician came to fix it. The icemaker is simple, ice, water and crush ice, missing my old one that will have measures (oz, lt, cup). The middle door is not my favorite. It does not open all the way I dont see my veggies from the back, also temperature panel for it is on the top section so i always forget to change it if i need to used it for drinks or something else.
