Horrid quality control, engineering

I replace a similer KitchenAid product...11 years old. Wish I had it back. Well the new one looks great, keeps food cold...so far. I was missing gray screws holding toe Grate in. Service replaced them, but black ones were sent. I had burrs on the right handle. "not covered....cosmetic". The Freezer Light switch is hanging half way out. Both me and the service guy are afraid to push it in without damaging the wall of the freezer. Ice Cubes...even new ones are frost bitten and clump together. Water is never cold. Water pump is extremely noisy. The compressor runs continuously. While not loud on the decibel scale, it is a TEN on the annoyance scale...it howls so bad it makes me wish the furnace will come on to cover it up. The push button interface is a downgrade from the older model...obviously a costa cutting measure. The Pathetic product. Price decreased $500 in 3 months since I bought it. No wonder.
