Most of us who cook with gas ranges use Natural Gas, BUT for a surprising number of households LP (Propane) is the only gas fuel type available. Not a problem for standard gas ranges, since they usually can be converted from Natural Gas to LP. However, Pro-Style ranges often cannot be converted.
