    800 Series Convection Microwave Oven

    We purchased all Bosch appliances for our 2019 kitchen remodel. We are already having problems with our microwave oven. Bad sparking, a worn turntable wheel and a broken gear. Shoddy quality and not a good experience.

    3 Years Old and the product completely died!!

    This product has worked well - until a couple of days ago when it completely died. The screen is completely blank and none of the buttons work. I bought a complete suite of Bosch products for my kitchen remodel and paid the premium with the expectation the product would perform well and be reliable for many years......NOT 3!!! After reading the other reviews it appears this catastrophic failure is quite common. So disappointing.

    We have had ours for almost 4 years and the same 2 parts have been replaced 4 times (at our expense) Three times by the dealer and once by Bosch. We now are replacing the appliance and cannot get Bosch to respond or help with replacement as obviously this was faulty from the beginning.

    WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE CANNOT GET A HOLD OF SERVICE NO MATTER WHAT WAITED 2 HOURS ONE TIME ONLINE IS UNUSER UNFRIENDLY AND CANNOT GET TO SUPPORT TO HELP OUR OVEN WENT OFF RANDOMLY TRIED TO REBOOT TO NO AVAIL. DO NOT BUY BOSCH PRODUCTS AS SUPPORT IS NON-EXISTENT

    We had this microwave installed in 2019 after the prior Bosch model also stopped working. This new oven quit working for us 2 months ago, needs 6 new parts (1 of which is still on back order with no estimated arrival time) and will cost us $650 to repair. Between this and the prior oven that we replaced we have had to spend an extra $1000 on this oven. The technician said they continue to have problems with these ovens. Our entire kitchen is Bosch applicances, but I would not do that again. Do not buy.
