This 30 in. Professional Style Gas Range will fulfill all your cooking desires. Main features include a total of 45,000 BTU's on the cooktop. The cooktop comes with a oval burner which can accommodate a large griddle pan to promote even cooking. Includes One 4.55 cu ft. 18,500 BTU oven which contains a commercial convection fan along with a 10,000 BTU Oven Broiler. Continuous grating to facilitate the movement of large cookware.
