We dread using the oven

This oven has never kept accurate temperature. The motherboard has been replaced, sensors have been replaced, nothing has repaired it. Technicians stand there with their meters for about 15 minutes and say “looks like it’s fine now!” Then we go to bake and have to babysit it continually rechecking the temp. It’s no fun when a blueberry pie takes 2hours to cook or your chicken and rice is still cold after 45 minutes of “cooking”. We finally just gave up on trying to fix it. It costs money every time a tech comes out to say this piece of crap is fine. We don’t need that insult anymore. We’ll just save up our money and try and make a better choice and buy another oven by a different company. We will personally take this one to the dump so we have the satisfaction of throwing it off the truck. I guess you got it by now. Do not buy this oven. Stove is fine. Oven the worst ever.

I love cooking with gas, and this stove makes it a dream! It has so many features to help you cook. The ovens are even heat and the right temp. I like having two ovens and this is perfect for our lake house kitchen. I like how it is study and the burners let you use what ever kind of cooking pan or pot your recipe calls for. It does everything they advertise that it will do. Very, Very happy with this purchase.

I love that this range is "smart" as I'm a busy mom of 4. It preheats, turns off and much more with Alexa/Geneva. The air fry feature is my favorite, since I am on a low carb diet and now I don't have an extra appliance taking up space on my counters!

I was super excited about this range and it’s features. It arrived and they plugged it in and it had an error code right away. The motherboard is bad! After two weeks I am still waiting to see when it will be fixed. I’m disappointed and frustrated and unable to cook.
