Broken more than it works

Our Condo switched to ventless Dryers so we decided to treat ourselves and purchase the matching washer as our other machine was aging but still working. This machine has been broken more than it has been working. We have received 3 new machines and had the control panel replaced all with similar results constantly getting error code DEN machine won’t spin, timer not working, machine won’t unlock and once it turned on itself. Started with calling whirlpool customer service. Spent several occasions 5 plus weeks without a washing machine or hearing back regarding a repair time. When it turned on on it’s own customer service wasn’t able to talk to us until a safety report had been filed which took over a week. Wrote an email to whirlpool about concerns and disappointment and received an email saying Canada doesn’t have an email customer service team but I could call the 1-800 number. Very unhappy would not recommend.

We built a brand new RV. It came from the manufacturer to us. No one else has lived in it. It’s brand new just for us. We added the option of a washer dryer. It came with Whirlpool. We thought great! Whirlpool is a great brand. We have had our RV and our washer dryer for just barely 3 months and our washer has already broken. Call up Whirlpool to fix it, it’s going to be 2 weeks before someone can come fix it. So now I’m stuck going to the laundromat and spending $25-30 to wash my clothes then bring them home to be dried. Not really what you want to do after spending $1000 on a washer. It shakes uncontrollably on the spin cycle. The dryer isn’t the worst but I actually hate it too. Overall not too happy. When these go out we will be replacing them with Samsung, like what we have at home in our house.

Moved into a brand new apartment and this want to be technology driven washer wouldn’t even turn on.. and the maintenance techs couldn’t even figure it out. It says hold down to start but doesn’t even start. This washer is terrible

Bought this to replace a 2-year-old one that went bad. Did a load a day for 2 weeks and it quit working. Although under warranty, sitting here with no parts because they are on back-order. Not impressed, Whirlpool!

Horrible User Guide

I live in an apartment complex and these are the "New" so called washers that they are using now. When i received my washer it worked okay for about 1 week and 1/2 and then just stopped working altogether. I can still turn on the washer but the only thing that happens is a time of 2:20 for a wash cycle and it won't fill up it won't run it won't even let me select different options. I called the apartment maint. and of course no help they are clueless. Called Whirlpool and they claim they have never heard of the issue i'm experiencing. I have unplugged it, cleaned the filter, held buttons, detached and reattached hoses and nothing happens. Worst washer ever!!!
