Initially the high temperature alarm went off every 6 hours, GE Support sent out a technician and knew immediately what the issue was and remedied it in less than 30 minutes. Now it works perfectly, very satisfied with this product.

The features on this freezer are very good.

Received the freezer with no damage. Plugged it up and the lights on the control panel came on as they should. The freezer ran about four hours and the light went ran for another four hours the other light went out. Everything great so for.

Super easy to install and set up. Quiet, efficient and well sized on the inside. The door lock is super handy as well. Wish we had purchased it sooner!

This has been a great performer over our first winter with it. Great storage and nice to finally have another option to store our frozen food. Now we just have to get a generator!
