Great item all the bells and whistles I needed the frostless freezer to the ice and water dispenser and the reach through door great designs has been a good product Have had for 4 years I would buy it again .

My LG fridge just stopped working after only 4 years and there is Nobody to work n it and fix it. I had to buy a new fridge while Im waiting to find some e to even take a look at this one Because of this experience and the fact that nobody will work on it or even return a call Ill never buy an LG again

The fridge capacity is too small. Shelve spacing slots dont accommodate for the larger items.

Purchased just under 5 years ago and the compressor failed. Warranty covered the repairs this time but next time it will be my responsibility. Service repairman was able to come 2 days earlier than scheduled which was helpful for our situation because we were purchased a mini fridge just to get by til then.
