Horrible! Very unhappy with Samsung Appliances!

i built a custom home 2 1/2 years ago and filled it with samsung appliances. what a huge mistake! every single one of them has had issues in less than two years. this refrigerator creates a block of ice on the freezer side at the bottom it will never go away. it’s started within six months and you can’t get the drawer out because it’s frozen shut. technician came out and gutted it, and still it has the exact same issue!! i will never buy another samsung appliance again, not ever! and i will make sure not to recommend them either. if you call their customer service they will give you the runaround after the one-year warranty. it’s been such a nightmare and i’m so disappointed! what a waste of money!

Defective Evaporator Fan

this refrigerator purchased in 2017 required a new evaporator fan. after finding a service tech who would work on samsung appliances, i was charged $200 for the part and over $200 to install. i not be buying samsung appliances in the future after another new refrigerator purchased in 2020 had a defective ice maker and samsung would not make the repair under warranty.

Too noise

I had this refrigerator for 7 months and the fan was the issue. Under the warranty, it was fixed, but still issued. Too loud. I need to call them again soon. I guess that I got it what I paid for. It was cheap item with comparing others, however the fan noise is very loud. I do not recommend this to anyone.
