Light switch does not work

I took delivery last week, and the light switch does not work. The service company that Whirlpool assigned does not have diagrams or parts. Had to send pictures of the unit to the technician.

Recommend by my contractor (he has had one for a year) I researched it and was pleased it is not a dorm room fridge. It is a little pricey but I like it
