Model FFTR1835VW Currently Non-operational

My Frigidaire, Model FFTR1835VW worked fine for about a week then began to gradually lose its cooling and freezing functionality. It finally died and I lost most of my perishable food. Frigidaire sent a repairman that removed several pieces and ran some diagnostics. It is still nonfunctional and I have no idea when replacement parts will come in to fix the problem. I know the light is out and the freezer fan does not spin. There was also a large amount of frost built up behind the back panel in the freezer. I don’t know if I’ll ever be able to have confidence in this appliance. I would like a replacement or refund.

I grew up with a Frigidaire Refrigerator, so my first home deserved the right fridge. We loved the solid shelves, 2 crisper drawers and center deli drawer. Reversing the door hinges were simple.

I purchased this refrigerator because of its size and price to replace a very similar Frigidaire model only 5 years old that quit working and would have been very expensive to repair. I am hoping for better luck with this one!!

Purchased my Frigidaire about a month ago. So far it has ran perfectly, is spacious and it is quiet. I am happy with my purchase so far.

Randomly stopped working

Fridge worked fine for 2 months then randomly stopped cooling but was still running. We unplugged and replugged in and cooled again but now never sure if we are going to find it inoperative.
